Privacy

Short version: we collect only what we need to do the work you asked for, and we never sell it.

The free page check

When you run a check, your browser sends the Steam app ID to our server, which reads that game's public Steam store page. We do not ask for your name or email and we do not set tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time for security.

To check the trailer and show your art, your browser also loads images and the opening seconds of the game's first trailer directly from Steam's own servers, the same way any Steam store page would. That analysis happens on your device and nothing from it is sent to us.

Forms and orders

When you apply for a campaign or send an order intake, we receive what you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to do the work. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the page check.
  • Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Valve's Steam servers deliver the public store data, images and trailer files the check reads.

Unreleased games

Anything you share about a game that is not public stays between us. We sign an NDA on request before you send it.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete what you have sent and we will do it. Reply to any email from us to make the request.
